Once you have paid a deposit of 30% of the total price, your booking is confirmed. The payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer on the online payment page of our website.
For us, Tevini Family, the safeguard of the customer is at the base of our work… For this reason, we recommend the “Europe Assistance” insurance. The costs are of 6% of the total stay (without extras) will be paid together with the deposit; we would send you the policy directly. To active the insurance, it’s necessary to pay the cost max 24 hours from the time of booking room.
In this case, our standard cancellation policies are as follows.
● within 21 days before the arrival, the cancellation is free
● within 20 to 15 days before the arrival, the down payment will become a voucher usable within one year
● within 14 to 8 days before the arrival, 30% of the sojourn amount
● within 7 to 4 days before the arrival, 50% of the sojourn amount
● within 3 to 0 days before the arrival, 80% of the sojourn amount
These conditions are only for directly reservations, without intermediary
The prices do not include the tourist tax of 2.50 euros per person and night (for our guests above the age of 14) for all stays that are less than 11 nights; the tourist tax is charged on site.
From 11.06.2022 to 25.09.2022, this card has extra cost of 2,00 €uro a day to the price. Not optional cost, kids free up to age 12 (1:1 ratio). The card is free for the remaining periods of the year
We accept payment in cash up to 1.999,00 euros as well as by cheque, bank card, and credit card (Visa, Amex, MasterCard, EuroCard, Poste Pay).

Check in is possible after 2.30 p.m. We kinldy ask you to let us know if you arrive after 9 p.m.
Check out is foreseen by 10.30 a.m.
In case of early departure, we cannot reimburse you for your remaining holidays, unless otherwise agreed with the hotel management.
Upon request, it is possible to postpone your departure for a few hours at an extra cost of 40,00 euros per person.
Your pet is also welcome here. Your devoted companion may of course spend his holiday in our home. We take the liberty of billing a small service charge of € 20,00 per day per pet for additional cleaning. Please don’t forget to bring the food your pet needs, as it is not included in the price. There are for them some forbidden areas in the hotel such as dining room, lounge room/bar, smoking room, Spa center, garden; we have a new veranda connected with our bar and our restaurant where you can dine and breakfast together. We will charge for potential damages (furniture).
The prices of the offers are for comfort double rooms; superior rooms are available at an extra charge, depending on the season.
The prices of the offers are not commissionable (prices are net) and cannot be combined with other packages.
Arrival is possible on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday; other days upon availability and depending on your chosen period. A short stay of 3 nights is not possible during Christmas, New Years, and the high season.
Spa treatments and outdoor activities included in the offers are for adults only.
The hotel spa is open every day from 9:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. The the saunas and the relaxation area are reserved for adult guests (15+) only. The saunas and the steam bath are nude areas; however, out of respect for each other, we invite you cordially to be decent and cover yourself with your towel.
If you are visiting with your children, please make sure to supervise them whenever they are in the pool area. Use of the pool for children is possible only with supervised from parents. We recommend the use of a swimming cap.
The beauty spa is open every day from 9:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. We recommend you to book your appointments before embarking on your holiday with us, directly on our website or by writing us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. For you will be 10% discount for wellness treatments if carried out between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm (not cumulative with other offers).
In case of cancellation, we need to charge 50% of the treatment cost. In case of late arrival, we need to charge 100% of the cost. The prices are per person. Services that are not used cannot be reimbursed.
